Returns, exchanges and how we make it right.


We want every piece you receive to meet the quality and standard you expect from us. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

We offer exchanges or gift cards only for Australian orders. Refunds are not available.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order — requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • Once an exchange is approved, the item must be sent back to us within 3 days, or the exchange will no longer be accepted.
  • You're responsible for the shipping costs of sending your item back to us.
  • We need to receive the original item before an exchange or gift card can be processed.
  • You may choose between an exchange or a gift card.
  • All exchange requests must be made by contacting us via email.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with an error we made, email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll take responsibility for the exchange shipping and arrange your replacement at no extra cost to you.

🌎 International Orders
No returns, exchanges, refunds or gift cards

This applies to all orders shipped outside Australia. Please check your order details and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.
