Exchange & Store Credit Policy
We offer a 14-day exchange policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange — applicable for change of mind, wrong size, or faulty items only.
If an exchange is not possible, we’re happy to offer store credit.
Please note: We do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Exchange postage costs are paid by you, they are not covered by us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as hijabs and caps cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchange on sale items or gift cards.
